Are SIPROTEC relays model "7SD5221" compliant to IEC61850

Siprotec relays model "7SD5221 4AB99 2CJ4 /GG LOSMOA" are not communicating with work station on Window-XP/SP3 operating system with RUGGEPING software over IEC 61850 protocol.

I have not personally used this model. Have you checked the manual and application datasheets, they should be able to answer your question.

Your relay supplier may also be able to help.
