RFID-Enabled License Plates in the U.K.

08/09/2005 1:00 PM

300 feet? For tracking?

08/09/2005 2:52 PM

300 feet isn't enough distance for a useful tracking system. I could see this being useful on a car lot to take inventory or as a toll pass (like NY state's E-Z pass), though.
