Most people use a rifle, shotgun, bow and arrow - but you use your tractor?

Two units behaving weird at the same time, I assume you only have two units as well? If this is the case you need to first start looking at systems that are common to these units. Remember you are seeing the end result fault but not necessarily the root cause of the fault.

Do you have external controlling or monitoring systems attached? Rule out the fuel supply and return as well, verify normal pressures/flow. I am not positive if this could be associated, but it is very easy to rule out.

When looking for this fault (s), the more you can positively rule out, the narrower your search will be and the easier it will be to reach a conclusion.

This sounds very much like a fuel starvation issue. Check your fuel filters.

It may also be possible that you have contaminated/old fuel. If you can drain fuel from the bottom of the fuel tank, check for water and sludge. Your pickup from the fule tank could also be blocked (most likely if you have been using old/contamianted fuel).

I also would change the filters and dump the fuel in the tank. That's just good maintenance. A new tank of fresh fuel might clear all the codes.
