Hi, is it true that iPAD does not support UDP listening socket?

This sounds like it would be relatively simple for an Apple Tech to answer.

There are many apps supporting or about UDP in the app store for my iPhone, no reason they would not work on an iPad. I use ezShare which lets me connect to most if not all servers working under non proprietory protocols, including webdav. Webdav uses udp.
