I am looking for someone who can do some design work for me on a project similar to a vinyl water dam. Will have to do design, calculations, and patent drawings. Must be willing to sign a confidentiality contract.

A water dam is like a long vinyl tube with a partition inside filled with water and used to contain spills along waterways and ponds. Do a google search for water dam and you will see some.
