Ooh, my dear, please kiss me!

Should boldface text be considered as more (or less) shouting than ALL-CAPS?

One way to calibrate such a valve would be to measure the flow of hydraulic fluid through it at various degrees of opening.

Nomally all Rexroth valves with integral electronics will be factroy set, not to be distrubed during installation. Only zero point (p -a & p - b) can be adjustable, but not required for new valve. Hope you are having Rexroth data sheet with you, if not check the below link

The speed and ramp to be set through PLC, not with the valve.

Normally followed procedure for calibration of control valves is to start with full close position and give command to open 25%, 50%, 75% and full open in steps. Compare with the actual valve position at site for each step, it should match. Repeat the same steps in reverse order from full open to full close, if it matches again then it is calibrated.

thanks for support from all of you i got the clear infomation as needed.

but please help me for one more concern is if the valve operating pressure is 200 bar

what is the standard pressure we can do calibration? i mean to say is pressure can make a defrence so as we care calibrating flow.

thanks for all once again for such a nice support

best regards

kailash

200 bar pressure may be for process pipe, not for operating the valve. Calibration can be done either at no pressure or at any pressure up to operating pressure on both upstream and downstream side. But if you want to start opening the valve from full close condition when upstream pressure is 200 bar & downstream pressure is much lower then follow process operating instructions.
