Single phase transformer 440/220V.Phase voltage (between phase and neutral) is 220V. In three phase study line voltage and phase voltage. Its in AC but in DC you will add both voltages in each conductor.

Secondary side line to line voltage is 220 V and line to neutral (secondary star point ) voltage is 127 V. connect as per the requirement. To connect a 220 V device connect it between line to line. Try to balance the load on secondary side.
