In all likelihood, not a problem, since tPreview Commenthe design of this meter will not be affected by freq.

Check with the manufacturer regarding input power requirements.

As a general rule it may be unsafe to operate 60Hz rated appliances at 50Hz supply frequency. Most of the 60Hz equipments are not build for running permanently on 50Hz. But can be operated for some time. You would loose 20% in speed (if your equipment is motor). Operating 60Hz appliances at 50Hz may result in excessive heat build up in transformers or in certain types of electric motors (because of too little iron in the core of transformer and inductor to get the same impedance).

Possible solutions: Frequency converter

I understand that you want to connect 60Hz instrument to 50 Hz source. And your equipment are not using input frequency Or performance ( as said by Vinu_answer) as basis of manipulation internally hence I would suggest that you may connect to 50Hz. However, most of elevtronic equipments can operate now a days on both frequencies.

Yes, most instruments now days are compatible with 50 or 60hz. If you want to be sure, you could buy a 50-60hz converter. Either way I'd rifle through some of these results, maybe you'll come across something more helpful than this post
