I need the snag list format and points which will be coming in the Pre Engineering Building structure.

In USA, this is called the 'Punch List'. The Wiki article may help a little.

The points on the punch list will be the things not in conformance with the design and construction documents.

It is a list of deficiencies that are to be repaired. The best punch list has nothing on it.
