inverter short circuit in 20kva ups

Now, let me first restate what appears to be your problem in less ambiguous terms. You have a 20 Kilo-Volt-Ampere Un-interruptible Power Supply inverter that is self diagnosing itself that there is a short circuit somewhere in the inverter operation. You do not have any idea where this unit is reporting a short circuit. You do not know if the inverter input, output, internal circuitry, battery supply or bypass part of this circuitry is where a short circuit apparently exists. So you came to us for help on how to troubleshoot your problem.

Well there's a very good reason that the inverter manual has a very short troubleshooting guide along with a cryptic squiggly diagram to help people solve an inverter failure. People who cannot read a schematic nor identify a short circuit with the use of a simple Volt Ohm Meter should not be working on a chassis that generates lethal voltages. Call an electrician. It looks like you are not qualified to work on this inverter.

i have trouble shouted twice. at first time i concluded that the problem is with micron board changed (it gives Firing pulse to IGBT) the board and second time at the out put of inverter IGBT i found one of the capacitor is week and I replaced it for 3 months its working is good and from last week i am facing this problem. manual they have provided does not contain any technical data regarding UPS. i have contacted service persons but the did not give proper solution.
