Furnace For Lime Burning

i want to know weather we can carry out lime calcination in electrical furnace.can any body tell a suiteble electric furnace or kiln for lime burning?

I've worked on limekilns for over 20 years, oil, gas and coal fired. I've never heard of an electric furnace being used unless for very small batches of high purity lime. It just isn't practical on a commercial basis.

You have to have a way of distributing the heat through the lime, this is done by the passage of combustion gasses through the kiln burden or by the action of a rotary kiln.
