Small Diamond Grinding Wheel

07/12/2011 11:29 AM

Application: Precise form ground into tungsten carbide. I have a high speed spindle capable of 45,000 RPM. The wheel is flooded with oil based coolant at 90 PSI. The stock mandrel mounted wheels are too course and the corner does not hold up. The plated wheels have too large of a corner. I need help in getting better wheels of 220 or finer grit.

Yes, I have not found anything on the internet. I forget to mention that the wheel diameter needs to be between .375 to .437.
