You just told failure, Not that what is the kind of failure, and what all possibilities you had already studied? so that other can rule out those and think some new one.

There are failures and then there are failures.

On a less sarcastic level, you need to go back over your failure reports and look for a common thread or factor to your failures. Maybe the replacement tubes are not the same quality as your original tubes. Maybe something other than the tubes have been damaged that you are not replacing. You have the pertinent data somewhere in your system. We do not.

What kind of failures are you seeing? Tube breakage, Plugging ???? Are you using tubes from the manufacturer or substituting?

Have you tried contacting the R&D division of Graphite India Limited?

http://www.graphiteindia.com/graphitetube.htm

They may have a solution.
