1. Layout the LED modules like neon tube. only without double-back approximately 2-4 per foot, depending on the LED module model see figure 1 for spacing LED modules center to center). Make sure to test your first letter to ensure you are satisfied with the illimation result before preceeding
2. Install length of product in letters by fastening mounting clip with intergrated 3M VHB tape or mechanically through holes in the module, or choose both. Apply some silicone for additional security if desired.
3. Connect every sperate runs of LED modules with quick splitter or wire nuts, then connect each letter to power supply. Extension wire are available at wwwledmodulelightcom, Use in in two colors, red for positive and blue for negative.
4. Although you can serial connect letter to letter and then from the final letter to the power source. The preferred method is to run each letter to the power source, in this way the forward voltage won't drop a lot during the wires and the first modules wire wont burn out by a large forward current.
