Upset Forging

i want to in upset forging while the bulb formation is going on some of the bar material deposite on the surface of the upsetter anvil i dont want to do like this is any other anvil material is available in market which opposes the deposition on melted material over it we are using H12,H13 material for upseter anvils so its very difficult for production i need ur help is any material which resist deposition of melted material plz inform me

Does your die design have the necessary clearances to prevent material from seizing?
