Check your fuses.

Those may be using a shared Fuse. Which I would suspect has blown... as was stated before.

Please allow my prejudice! I'm a longtime Ford guy, but I tried some Dogs, Dodges, for service trucks - and they were - lots of service on them. The crew invited me NOT to buy anymore. Still just my prejudice. -- JHF

I've notice on newer Fords, these items stay on after the key switch is turned off untill a door is opened or they time out. This leads me to believe there is a relay involved somewhere. -- JHF

Good thinking... Yes, if the fuse is good, next check would be the relay... If the Relay is good, maybe there is an issue with one of the door switches or wiring/bad ground etc.

My 2004 Edie Bower had window operation problems on hot days, getting worse over time. Driving the car would cool things down, after which I could open the windows.

Finally failed totally. Seems interior lights were finally noticed to be involved as well .

Found failed Accessory Delay Relay FOAZ- 14N089-A. Less than $20 in 2006. Seem to recall it as a small PCB.

This occured around 150,000 miles. Explorer now at 220,000 miles. The only larger failure was the fuel pump at the same time.
