Impeller With Radial 9 Ribs

The second blower, after assembly, work like siren. We have not same experience with the first blower we assembled. Capacity of the blower is 250 CFM, 2.75 PSI, @ 15000 RPM. I will appreciate suggestions to eliminate the noise.

If all the parts are the same, it sounds like a clearance/fit/assembly problem.

Nobody will be able to solve this for you without A LOT MORE information.

Can you take photos of both impellers and housings and compare them.

I am told that sometimes a rough finish on the blade ends can cause them to scream, likewise any welds which have broken could be a suspect.

But since you have one that is quiet and one that screams you have the perfect scenario to do an A/B comparison - your problem lies in the differences.

If you can swap the impellers between housings easily that also will give you a quick indication if it is the housing or the impeller....
