Hello.. guys Can you give me this Drawing number of this Unit.Rotork Circuit Diagram No# Rev.WDO841-02

Because this Unit it mal Function its not working properly.. So.., I'need this DRAWING PROFIBUS MODULE (Ref S420E) pls.. I'need your Help now...,
