Handwriting recognition is a pretty tough chore for any software, even for OCR engines. Tech is now finally getting to the point where it can begin to recognize text, so long as the software is trained, or is leveraging some slick AI like the Azure computer vision API. The problem with that is that you would need a way to integrate with those APIs, and there are emerging a few ways to do that through some ocr tools who now claim to be able to tie in with APIs. Now, those solutions require quite a bit of set up work by those with a lot of developer skills. A free ocr solution may be the way to go, if you lack the resources to implement a higher cost, more robust software.

Recognizing means it should identify whose writing is from the content or just get the gist of it?

Didn't get the exact thing, can you elaborate.
