Electrical / Electronic Pulser Multimeter

Hi Everyone, Pls am really looking for an Electrical/ Electronic Pulse Multimeter that can take Pulse reading from Electrical and Electronic. Kindly advise a good one!

Well it all depends on what type of a pulse reading you want. For a simple recognition of the pulse shape the oscilloscope mentioned earlier will likely do just fine. If you instead want to identify the rhythm of a human or animal cardio-vascular pulse then you will require a completely different and much more expensive system.
