When I was in the US Navy, all ships had electrostatic precipitators installed in every electronics space to eliminate airborne dust. They did a good job at that but the popping noise was annoying.

Plenty. Real question is how many potential clients are willing to pay for them since they're not cheap.

Anywhere flammable dust is produced e.g. grain dust.

In which industry Dry ESP Used ?

Anywhere non-flammable dust is produced e.g. cement.

Is WET USP used in thermal Power Plants?

Can be used

Suppliers & Manufacturers of Dry & Wet ESP.

Do a Google search.

Indian Market For ESP?

High voltage low current . Average 20,000 volts.

What kind of electrodes(plate,wire etc) are recommended?.

+ve: plate.

-ve: wire.

I THINK THAT YOU HAVE MISTAKEN IN READING THE QUESTION,

It is DRI (DIRECT REDUCED IRON) i.e., ESP of DRI plant.

DRI PLANT is a plant where OXYGEN is being removed from the HEMATITE

Type IRON ORE,having chemical reaction with COAL.
