Any effects due to the addition of the chemicals in the geo polymer concrete

Hello. I do not really understand your question, plus it's rather vague.

What are the chemicals you would like to use in a concrete mix. Please specify.

Also, what the heck is "geo polymer concrete"? I've never heard of that term before in 34 years of civil engineering, so please explain. Must be a local term....definitely not a term used in the USA.

I too am a little confused as to the meaning of the question; rmanoj041993 could you please clarify for us? What chemicals do you want to add to a geopolymer and for what purpose?

CaptMoosie - geopolymers are synthesized inorganic polymers which replicate naturally occurring inorganic polymer chains, found in rock formations

Essentially geopolymers can used as an Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) replacement, giving benefits of a minimum of 80% CO2 savings, being fire and acid resistant and extended durability, to mention a few.

You can find out much more about geopolymers and their applications from our website: www.banahuk.co.uk.

Adition of any chemicls or aggregate to concrete will make a lot of change to concrete. what exactly you wan,t what kind of of concrete you need for what is the application/ location.Geopolymer concrete is made up of microsilica fly ash etc / a replacement for cement, adding chemiclas like glenium ( a superplasticiser) to the concrete ensurse better workabuity at very low water cement ratios for high grade concretes like M 60 and above.
