Consultants are normally people with experience that can't be taught in school. Do you already have a degree? Do you have practical experience in the field? What makes you think that someone would be willing to hire you?

If you feel qualified to be a consultant, why not demonstrate it by contacting the universities in UAE and gathering your own, first hand information. Pretend it's your first job as a consultant. Report back here with your results!

As Lyn stated, "consultants" normally have a lot of skill and experience.

If, by chance, you mean "contractors" then that is a very different question. A lot of people work contracts in UAE ranging from a few months to a couple of years. As far as I know these contracts range from housekeepers to very experienced experts. No matter how much experience you have there MIGHT be a spot in there for you.

I don't know for sure but I suspect that the way most of us are reading your question might not be exactly what you are asking.
