Steam Turbine Damage from a "Slug" of Water

Anyone have pictures or discription of a turbine damaged from a slug of water hitting the machine while operation?

Just trying to identify the differences from a turbine overspeed to distruction vs a slug of water hitting the machine and what damage would likely occur.

Anymore replays any seen severe turbine damage from a slug of water going through a turbine running at spped?
