polyurethane conformal coating removal.

sir i want to know how to remove polyurethane conformal coating?for this process any machinery or any chemical is there for perfect removing the polyurethane conformal coating?pls suggest to me for better process?

Perfect removing, no. It also depends on the substrate. Circuit board? Metal? Thermo-plastic?

Toluene will swell PU coating so it can be scraped off.

Give some details, if this is a specific problem. Or, are you just curious?

actually we are applying for pcb's,if in case of any rework and corrective action at that we are facing the problem for removing the pu conformal coating..
