There are lots of publications available for designing crushing plants, it all depends on the material you want to reduce and or screen and the desired tonnage and the end product-which you have not discussed for what ever reason.
One source to start with is the vibrating screen manufacturers assocoation. Another is CEMA -conveyor equipment manufacturers association. there are many magazines for screening and crushing as well-pit and quarry magazine is one, the aggregate maunufacturers association is another good source.
It all boils down to want you want to screen and crush, and that is the starting point as its fine to design a plant but knowing what the material is the first key to the castle.
