Human Immune System

I always believed human immune system are built to resist most of diseases.Recently i heard about increase in average life span of human being compared to ancient days as an advancement of microbiology. Can you share a must have medicines in home.

I'd do a Google search for home medicines.

I very rarely use medicine. Particularly antibiotics.

I used to get sinus infections on a regular basis. Now that I've stopped treating them, I'm down to one or two a year, and the symptoms are milder.

I think the immune system, for healthy people, works best when it is allowed to function without help.
