I need advice for Boiler Manufacturing & Civil Contractor specially for Boiler Project.
For Civil Contractor suggest Indonesian Contractor or must had brand office in Indonesia. My company (Pulp division) want to build up one new additional Boiler, The spect are :
Specification: Multi fuel Boiler
Design Capacity: 300 Steam / Tph.
Operating Temperature: 450 deg. C
Design Pressure: 62 Bar
Fuel type: Multi fuel (Coal, Bark, etc)
Coal LHV: 3500 - 4000 Kcal/Kg.
Mechanical Concern: Circulation Fluidized Bed (CFB) system with anti Abrasive & Integrated Start up burner System.
Boiler Code & Pressure Vessels: Refer to ASME Code & DEPNAKER RI.
Engineering Documentation: Refer to ANSI or IEC standard.
Project Type: Turn Key Project (Scope expected from suppliers : EPS -Engineering, Procurement, Supervision, Man Power, tools & AI ASME)
Electrical Concern: Electrical side; MCC+control Allen Bradley, PDC Federal Pioneer, Electrical Low Voltage Motors, 380Vac 50 Hz n High Voltage motors 3300 Vac 50Hz.
Instrument & DCS Concern: Smart Transmitter / Field Bus Support. With hard protocol without process interruption. (Refer to Yokogawa Product)
