I0 = Earth fault Release setting current

In = Nominal Current of MCCB (rated operational current)

Ir = Long Time Over current release setting current (over current or thermal setting)

It is the 'base' or 'coarse' setting for Overload trip. Please download and study the Compact NS brochure here
