Cooling Tower Motor Ampere

I need some advices that how can i reduce my cooling tower motro ampere upto the acceptable limit?

Reduce the load. If the motor drives a fan, try a smaller fan, it may still provide enough airflow. If the motor drives a pump, try a smaller pump, it may still provide enough cooling water.

Convert to a higher voltage, some motors are easily changed to a higher voltage.
