Mike,

What are the specifications?

1. Biggest vehicle dimensions, weight, etc.

2. How high above the floor?

3. What is the budget?

4. How appealing does it need to be visually?

5. What have you modeled or drawn up? Attach a photo.

Hire a local Licensed Professional Engineer to design and spec it for you.

Sorry, we don't do free design work here.
