polyvinyel pyrrolidone where i got in mumbai 100 ml quntity any idea ?

You should inform people that this is a college project.

As I pointed out to you before, this forum has restrictions on doing homework for students.

You might get some help if you are honest about your motivations for asking for help.

I read your other thread where you slipped out that this is a college project. What I don't understand is that you're not looking for any engineering help for this project from us. You seem to be looking for just help in procurement of these chemicals. We are not Google. You should try here. More to the point, if your school, teachers, mentors and none of your local merchants are willing to sell you these chemicals then you have a bigger problem than you think.
