Thank you for your interest, currently the sites are under contract. There is more then one hurdle during this time period for both buyer and seller, so until this deal actualy closes we are still conducting site visits to interested parties, but we can not offer a purchase and sale agreement to another buyer at this time. Of note the program, which is still active, that provides a renewable energy producer the ability to contract for $.10 a kilowatt is only available to Maine residents or a company that a Maine resident owns 51% of. (That makes a bit of a diffference when local utility is only paying the going regional rate, that is in the neighborhood of $.03)
