Different Personal Computer

what the different between X86 based-PC and X64 based- PC . what does it means X86 and X64.

The two terms are not describing like functions. One is an old term for processor types and the other is a term for speed. (Simplified for present company)

Just ignore the terms and buy a computer that can do what you want it to.

X86 refers to a family of Intel chips and the computers based on them.

The specifics can be found by looking up Intel 8086, but grew into 286 and 386 families.

X64 refers less to Intel, but instead of a class of machines that use data and instructions using a 'word' that is 64 bits long.

So the two terms refer to different things.
