Multifunctional Pillow Type Packing Machine - Model DZB-400D Problems

Hello guys,

Anyone have experience with Multifunctional Pillow type packing machine? Model DZB-400D, manufacturer is from China. "Ruian Sanhuan Machinery Co., Ltd."

Recently I am facing some problem regarding this machine. Let me explain:

Bag length does not change with set value(length).

Positioner/pointer do not keep its position fixed when we set the bag size. It increases and decreases bag length accordingly but it do not fix in the desired location.

If anyone having experience with same problem please share your experience.

First of all you should seek support from the Chinese manufacturer of the machine. It seems you have bought it second hand and even do not have the instruction manual.

Such packing machines have many cams, cranks, levers,rack and pinions, chains, flexible links or other adjusting devices for various functions, including locating and speed. In your case it seems that one of these is not properly adjusted, is worn out or out of alignment or perhaps needs replacement. Check out for this and repair/replace it to regulate advancing speed of the film
