What kind of tonnage are we talking here? Will you need cranes? Will this be reinforced concrete dock? How long? What are your power requirements? Do you have necessary permits? What major players will be moving goods through?

the dock dimension is about 200m x 20m

the ship 60,000 dwt

the system charge about 2000 ton/hr cooper, iron,etc.

The mineral are transported in tubular belt conveyor::3.1KM ,200m in only belt conveyor

and the charge is for tripper .also I want to put a charge arm in the dock

I would go and check out similar operations nearby, and make notes of what I wanted, some rough drawings, talk to people working with the systems and see which work well and why, and what is problematic....Then hire one of these design companies to work with you, and compare costs of different options, until you find a system that will work well, and is in your budget....

This falls under the heading of, "things you should already know before taking on the job."

Asking total strangers to educate you so that you can then use the work product of said total strangers for personal gain does not seem fair.

And, if the "design" fails, who will you blame?

I'd look at "material transport systems' to see if you can find some ideas to copy.

I believe you are translating 'cargar' to 'charge'. That is the correct translation if you are charging a battery. I think you mean "load" or 'fill'. In the USA, at least, we load the cargo (carga in Spanish) on a ship, or 'unload' it (descargar). If it is a liquid, we 'fill' the tank, or the opposite 'empty' or 'drain' the tank.

You may also see the term 'offload' for descargar.
