i have 2 no 20 MVA transformer whose KWH consumption is nearly 201600 units per day from this it goes to ATS (auto transfer switch) then to 6 no 3150 KAV transformer for these transformer how to calculate transmission losses

Please don't be offended, but if you are qualified and experienced enough to be responsible for 2x20MVA trafos and associated equipment, you wouldn't be really calling the energy as 201600 units. You would call it 201.6 kWHR. And what is 3150 KAV? Is it kVA? If so, wouldn't you call it 3.15MVA? And your title "Transmission loss" should really be referring to the loss in long transmission lines?

transmission loss = 1000/total consumption *ratio of current flows through the ATS
