Shunt Reactor for 11kV system

Can anyone provide shunt reactor sizing calculation. We have a 11kV cable network of 62kM length. Total load on cable is around 400kW to 900kW. When we carried out the system study, Voltage at the receiving end increased to 106% and power factor also was leading.
