What sort of circuit? Analogue, Digital, Power?

You can't begin 'design' until you have some basic electronics knowledge.
Suggest you spend some time on Google first.

A blank piece of paper (computer screen) is a good place to start.

I learnt 13870 days back some idiot would find a way of screwing up what ever I designed.

Idiots are far more ingenious than engineers!
