Design of Shaft

How to design the Conveyor Drive roller Shaft diameter for the below given data .

Conveyor Width - 1 meter

Length - 6 meter

Geared motor Rating - 2.2 KW , 1450 / 55

Load on the conveyor - 100 kg

Ask the comveyor supplier to design it for you. They will know how.

If you are going to build it yourself, use some of the money you will save to hire a competent mechanical engineer to desigh it for you.
