Problem by CAT 3512B Power Stations

Gentlemen engineers! Question by CAT 3512B power stations. When replacing the turbine there is a strong overheating vypsknyh collectors, but it occurs after the load reaches the station within 40%. Measurements were made of air pressure before the turbine, the result - the pressure is much less! Measurements are made at the exhaust manifolds. pressure is below 25%. What is the reason?

Unfortunately the cause was human error! It was not carried out inspection of truboprovda oil supply to the turbine: ((As a result of overheating and jamming Bearing slip, the yield of the turbine system.
