Plant Performance

I NEED ASSISTANCE ON ;

  • calculation of Energy intensity
  • What is its impact on plant peformance
  • Where can I get software for load profiling etc
  • how else can i improve energy usage.

My plant is a processing industry, on MD billing.

Hire a good consulting engineer that has this type of experience in this filed. Or call your utility provider they sometimes offer assistance.

What terms are you prepared to pay for this information? A set fee or a % of the saving.

Do you honestly think engineers on an open forum will just give away information to save you $£$£$£ without financial recompense?

aslong as we don't build starships the "why things don't work" (efficiently) or "how on earth they managed to pass that error" or "how to step into that footlit bucket" (not noticing it) - "i wont inform others unless they pay me well" - is just an exuse not to build 'em ((why such people are in science)) - you shoud go to marketing or finance - 'd be happy to work there
