Good Screw Manufacture

I need M2x.4x3.2mm oval head screw with T6 Torx plus and a #4-40x.22 oval head screw with T8 torx plus. I can not find a company to make these items. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have tried companies on the internet, most do not go this small.

Willing to purchase up to 25,000 of each if necessary.

Hard drive screw suppliers will sell these. They are all in Asia.
