Busbar Sizing

Can anybody provide me Busbar sizing calculation sample copy with sld....It will be very helpful for me.

Once you calculated full load current next select the conductor typetype(Al or Cu).If it is Al current density is 0.8A/mm2...If it is Cu current density is 1.2A/mm2...
Let us consider for 800A
the bus bar size is Full load current/(current density)...
for Al conductor...
bus bar size = 800/(0.8) =1000for standard 100x12 size....for Cu conductor
bus bar size = 800/(1.2) =666.66for standard 75x12 sizeCu conductor..

Actually i have 1 DG rated 40 KVA,415 V(+/-5%),0.8 PF.Now guyz plz show me bus bar calculation for the system.
