ASTM A860 Standard Versus ISO 15590-2 Standard

Dear Members,

Referred to project specification, reducer shall be supply accordance to ISO 15590-2. could we use reducer as per ASTM A860? It is similar and kindly, attached to me standard for ASTM A860.
