You didn't provide us much to go on. QA is a very broad subject area. What is your level of experience with QA? Are you looking for particular known case studies or do you need them in relation to a particular industry? Where have you already looked for this information? Why do you need to know - curiosity, implementation in a work setting, school work, etc.?
Without any of the above information, the best I can do is suggest that you visit the American Society for Quality.
