What % Allowed Neutral Current

Dear sir

we have 3 PHASE un balanced loads in our iidustry , we conwsume load ampps 1000A, 850A. 900 A in R phase. Y and B phase respectivily and 80-95 A in NE.

so please kindly clarify NE current Range.

Unless your loads are very specific i.e. lots of large motors I would suggest at least a full size neutral if not greater. Worst case is you fully load one phase in which case all of the current would come back through neutral.

If your loads are fixed 3phase then you could reduce the neutral.

It may be you have issues with harmonics in which case you might not need to increase the size of the neutral above that of the phase.

Schneider have a paper on a transformer overloaded by harmonics.

You are the engineer - you know the load you are connecting - we don't.
