I am just looking for the following document to do some earthing calculations. If you have this guys can you please share it or post the link to download?

"IEEE Std 80™-2000 IEEE Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding".

IEEE standards are copyrighted works, and are not available free. It is available for purchase at the following link:

IEEE members receive a discounted price, so if you are not, maybe one of your colleagues can purchase it for you. It is also possible for your company to purchase a "subscription" so that you can access the standards library.
