09/08/2012 9:04 PM

Hi, Guys

We have an assignment to test LV breaker make Schneider Electric Model NW20H1with logic controller 2.0A draw out type by primary injection. Once the breaker is drawn out, we are unable to manually charge the closing spring.

Can some one guide us that what protection is restricting the charging mechanism. Is it undervoltage protection or some thing else?

If any one encountered similar problem and found the solution. please guide us.

Thanks.

Appears like some mechanical deformity of a vital component.

Does the breaker spring charge electrically? If it does, May be your spring charging lever is faulty.
