Absolute Encoder

We have a 10 bit absolute Encoder,can any one suggest us how we can use get rotational angle by using it in Digital input card?

Unless you give, complete details of encoder & digital input card, how can CR4 members help you?

Encoder detail:-ASS-1024-CG-24-100-00E,MAKE NEMICON.

DI CARD:-SIEMENS MAKE 16 CHANNEL DI CARD.
